A Heart Centered Post for Valentine’s Day

One of my favorite practices to engage in is meditating in a way that causes my heart and brain to sync into coherence with one another. I have been practicing this style of meditation, amongst other, more relaxing styles for a while now. It is always so incredible to me when I imagine the feeling of being grateful and my heart begins to beat stronger - I can literally feel the stronger beats in my body.

Valentine’s Day feels like the perfect time to share some really cool facts about the heart, including why it is that you can change the autonomic beats of your heart. It’s pretty accessible to do, just the way you can change the pace of your breathing through conscious practice, which is another autonomic process in your body.

In this episode, I share some less known details about the heart including:

  1. The heart's is the first organ to develop in utero

  2. The heart emits a torus shaped electromagnetic frequency of energy which attacks similar energetic circumstances into your life

  3. Insight into how the heart chakra functions in both a balanced and imbalanced state

  4. Tips for engaging in self-love on Valentine's Day

<3 Happy Valentine’s Day! <3
