    Review your progress on your wellness plan, making changes as needed

    Analyze / calendar your weekly obligations (dinners, appointments, etc.) and make a plan of action so that you don’t fall off track (reviewing menu options, making other time for your movement practice etc.)

    Outline a solid plan for the weekend, taking into consideration any special events that may differ from your regular routine

  • My coaching container is bespoke and each client receives individualized attention.

    As a former classroom teacher, giving up on my students who struggled to make progress was simply not an option.

    My unwavering belief in my students has transformed into unwavering belief in my clients.

    Unlike coaches who have undergone brief training programs, I hold an undergraduate degree and two master’s degrees in teaching, which is the science of learning and development.

    I truly understand how to meet the needs of diverse learners and can quickly differentiate resources and plans as needed.

    For example, in addition to 1:1 coaching calls, you also have access to support through multiple other modalities including educational lectures (auditory learners), book clubs (visual learners), women’s circle (interpersonal learners), live movement classes (kinesthetic learners), etc.

  • A “dietary” plan is not the same as a restrictive diet.

    The nourishing dietary plan that I create for you is grounded in data that is generated from an in depth intake assessment we will complete together.

    The dietary plan most definitely still allows for high quality comfort foods and sweets.
